Walking Therapy: Joy is a walk in the park.









I’d like to introduce you to this unique programme of walking therapy.

During the pandemic, many of us found how deeply therapeutic simple movement can be. Walking in nature and green space is both healing and inspiring.

So why not try an open-air session in London to clear you head and begin the journey of self-discovery towards the best you!

Rain or shine, we can choose one of London’s stunning parks: Regents, Battersea, Hyde or St James. There are these and so many others to choose from.

As we walk and exercise and build your daily steps, you can unload your goals and dreams, let the past go, and take in the characters that walk by, the sky, the nature, and most of all the potential of your future.

If you stride along rather than meander, we’ll have time for a half-time coffee. My treat.
